All our Dolci are homemade following ancient recipes. Starting from raw materials such as fresh eggs, flour, butter,cream, we use only the best organic products that are available on the market. Our chocolate is Belgian fair trade production, we use only local seasonal organic fruit. We are perfectionists in the production of typical Italian pastries from North to South Italy and we are artists of "Pasticceria mignon" Mini Italian pastries . We are also specialized in artistic cakes that can be of any size, shape or color that you can imagine. For the choice of subjects you will be followed by the Chef personally to have an elegant and impressive result. Our desserts have to be ordered a couple of days in advance because we have a very artisanal and limited production. You can also request our desserts without eggs or gluten or other allergies. We are always ready to fulfill and customize all your requests.
