They say the way to the heart is through the stomach, and on March 6th, we’re celebrating the "marriage" between Italy and the Netherlands.


Our chef has lived and cooked in Holland for 30 years, and he’s finally putting that journey onto the plate. It’s a menu built on a shared love. Italian soul meets the best of Dutch ingredients.


What’s on the table?
We’ve created six special dishes and a signature dessertthat bridge the gap between our two cultures. Expect classic Italian recipes made with top-tier local Dutch produce, alongside traditional Dutch favorites reimagined with an Italian touch.


The Welcome To get the evening started, every guest will enjoy a glass of chilled Prosecco served with a warm Pecorino cheese croquette on the house.
