"LA CENA"

 

Since our opening in 2006 our Chef Milos prepares and serve fresh food everyday from his open kitchen.

 

Every morning like a ritual he goes to find the best ingredients that the markets and restaurant deliveries can offer. only free range meat, wild fish and organic vegatbles are used to mantain the authenticity of our cooking.

 

From 17:30 from Tuesday to Saturday we serve 3 different menus to satisfy every taste .

 

The first menu"PIATTI TIPICI"is a summary of the best dishes we inventedand had the most succes during the last 12 years. In this menu you'll find our famous Raviol-in-fila stuffed with home made sausage and sauted in fresh butter and fine herbs but also our lamb cutlets gently roasted on a bad of burning herbs on glowing lava stones.

 

The second menu "MENU CLASSICO ALL'ITALIANA" is a menu with the most traditional italian dishes prepared like in the original recipe or just you would eat in a restaurant in Italy 50 years ago.

 

The third menu "IL MONDO DI MILOS" (Milos'world) it is a menu that our Chef changes every evening.

We named it this way because in this menu Milos express his culinary fantasies and his gastronomic culture.

Only the best ingredients from around the world are used for Italian style dishes presented in elegant compositions that are the expression of the Chef's Art.
